I had a Spreadsheet/ Excel project focused on making my real estate investment lead research easier and less labor intensive. The project goal was filtering and sorting real estate leads based on properties that are listed daily and compiled in a spreadsheet, then apply criteria on specific columns to narrow down and only display the listings that fit my needs.
Phil did an excellent job gathering the requirements of my project using actual data from my documents. He was able to put together an automated process for me after he scripted a solution to apply filters automatically and send me a email with only the output results that mattered. I even saw a mock output email with the process results before we agreed on final project terms. This saved me significant time in my daily research tasks and freed up time for me to work on other more profitable tasks in my real estate business. Highly recommend his work!
